These Terms and Conditions apply to all service agreements, whether on an annual, 6 months, or weekly basis. By enrolling, clients agree to the following:
1. Contract Duration and Agreement
Contract Terms: Packages are available as 6-month or 1-year commitments. Clients agree to maintain services for the selected contract term.
2. Scheduling and Rescheduling Policies
Approved Cleaning Schedule: Lumina Life will establish a service schedule in consultation with the homeowner. This schedule will be adhered to unless a formal rescheduling request is submitted.Rescheduling Options: Clients may request rescheduling with at least 48 hours' notice. Lumina Life will do its best to accommodate rescheduling within the contract period. If rescheduling within this period is not feasible, missed sessions will be treated as “skipped sessions” as per below.
3. Missed and Skipped Sessions
Missed Sessions by Lumina Life: If a session is missed due to a Lumina Life issue, a makeup session will be offered at a mutually convenient time.Skipped Sessions by Client: Clients may skip a scheduled session if they provide at least 48 hours' notice. Skipped sessions can be rescheduled within the term; however, if availability within the contract period is limited, they may be forfeited.
4. Payment Terms and Flexibility
Payment Options: No prepayment is required. Clients may opt to pay after each session, monthly or pay in advance for the package. Approved payment methods should be confirmed with Lumina Life before the first session.
Refund Policy: Payments for completed services are non-refundable. In cases of missed sessions, Lumina Life will reschedule rather than refund.
5. Discounts and Promotional Offers
Exclusive Package Rates: Clients enrolled in packages benefit from consistent, discounted pricing throughout the contract. Other discounts, special promotions, and loyalty discounts cannot be combined with the package pricing.
6. Insurance and Liability Protection
Insurance Coverage: Lumina Life is fully insured, covering any accidental damages caused during the cleaning session. Please inform our staff of any high-value or fragile items to ensure extra care.Client Responsibility: Clients must provide a safe and accessible environment for cleaning. Hazards or obstacles that impede the team’s safety may result in rescheduling.
7. Service Termination Policies
Non-Cancelable Contract: All package contracts are binding for the selected term. No cancellations are allowed during the contract period. For cases like relocation or significant personal circumstances, clients may contact Lumina Life to discuss possible solutions.Company-Initiated Termination: Lumina Life reserves the right to terminate service if clients fail to pay, engage in inappropriate behavior toward staff, or repeatedly request rescheduling in ways that disrupt service. Clients will be notified, and any remaining prepaid sessions will be refunded after a 20% administrative fee.
8. Policy Updates and Amendments
Terms Modification: Lumina Life may amend these terms as needed, with prior notice to clients for transparency and consistency.
